The CRM Instructor course is held for those pilots and cabin crew members wishing to become a CRM Instructor. This recognised marked leading product Core Course, provides the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to efficiently facilitate the CRM to your students. It is essential that candidates demonstrate a high level of teaching skills during this short and yet intensive course. CRM is a vital aspect of the course and our experienced CRM Instructors will share with your their experiences and methods for efficient training. All our candidates finish their courses with the skills and knowledge a high EASA CRM Instructor shall have. All can just go and teach a professional CRM course just the day after the course finishes with full confidence and high skills.
Regulatory Compliance
This course provides part of the training qualification needed to gain a CRM Instructor rating as described in EASA AMC3 ORO.FC.115 (c) for flight crew members and AMC3 ORO.CC.115 (e)(c) for Cabin Crew Members.
